Hawaii Regenerative Farm
‘Ouli Farms is an 840-acre community offering a unique balance of homes, farms, and club amenities. Located in the Kohala district in the ahupua‘a known as ‘Ouli, this land was originally acquired by the Rockefeller family for the Mauna Kea Resort. Today, ‘Ouli Farms will include more than 200 acres of organic farms and a limited number of homes. Each sprawling homesite will feature an acre of open space to cultivate and contribute to the island’s local food production. LACC is contributing to the detailed design of the various amenity spaces throughout the property including a farm restaurant and founder’s garden overlapped by orchard plantings and agricultural fields. Naturally blending functional farming practices with a luxurious oasis.
