The Lotus development is a proposed luxury residential/resort community located in Batangas, Philippines. Phase 1 is composed of 80 hectares including roadways, residential lots, villas, branded residences pool amenity and the beach club amenity. LACC is contributing the conceptual and schematic design of these spaces.
