Set upon a sprawling 731 acres, Mountaintop is a luxury mountain retreat community of just 251 estate lots and 75 cabins and lodges peppered about the property couple with a rustic Golf Clubhouse and Spa. In addition, the Lake Club offers the water activities and fine dining on Lake Glenville. LACC worked on the design development and construction drawings for the Main Entry and General Store, Golf Landscape, Trail System, Temporary Clubhouse and Golf Clubhouse. LACC also completed the community lot diagrams and served on the Design Review Committee.
