Kūkiʻo Golf and Beach Club is a private, residential community located adjacent to the Four Seasons Hotel on the Kona-Kohala coast on the Big Island of Hawaii. LACC produced the Design Development and Construction Documentation for the first Phase of construction. These efforts included: The Beach Club, Spa, temporary sales office, first 18 Cottages, community entry and streetscape. Later stages included the remaining cottages and numerous custom residences.
