The first phase of the Live Oak Bank Headquarters consisted of a 35,780 square foot, two story office building integrated into a coastal North Carolina Landscape and Environment. LACC is the Landscape Architect of Record for the first phase and received the 2014 Wilmington Tree Award for preservation and Landscape Design.
