Called “the most fashionable place in Manila,” Rockwell Center is a 1-million-square-meter, mixed-use development in the Makati Central Business District. Master planned by Walter Stewart and Landscape Architecture by LACC, Rockwell Center combines some of the country’s tallest towers with lushly landscaped grounds and a residential and commercial component that adds dimension, a human scale, and a tropical feel. LACC Is the Landscape Architect of Record for this project and completed documentation for the community streetscape and open space, amenity levels for the residential towers including Hidalgo, luna , Rizal, Amapola, Edades, Joya, One Rockwell and Proscenium .
